Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is teaming up with the acclaimed Avra Bar from Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens to launch A Taste of Athens — a Mediterranean cocktail and culinary experience set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Geneva.
On May 15 and 16, 2025, guests can enjoy a special showcase of Avra’s inventive mixology led by bar manager Manon Kapfer, known for her refined botanical-driven cocktails and creative pairings.

Kapfer will take over Bar des Bergues for two nights, serving a unique cocktail menu that spotlights three core ingredients — orange, pine, and apple — each explored in full sensory depth.

The Orange cocktail offers a summery fusion of gin, orange blossom, pistachio, rhubarb, and sparkling wine. Pine brings a forest-inspired smokiness with mezcal, Axia Mastiha, rosewood, kiwi, and pine. Apple rounds out the lineup with a crisp mix of bourbon, Granny Smith apple, cedarwood, and soda for a clean, layered finish.


These cocktails will be paired with a vibrant selection of Greek-style tapas. Highlights include Aegean tuna tartare with Cretan avocado and citrus peel, roasted green Piperakia peppers dusted with Afrina sea salt, and rich sliders made with Serres buffalo and matured cheese.
Guests can enjoy this exclusive experience from 6:30 to 10:30 pm on May 15 and 16, 2025, with cocktails and dishes available through May 30. The terrace of Bar des Bergues, overlooking the iconic Jet d’Eau, sets the perfect scene for this Mediterranean-inspired escape in the heart of Geneva.
