On Friday, May 2, 2025, Executive Chef Jon Novak and the Brasserie Margot team will host a one-night dining event at Platform by the James Beard Foundation at Pier 57.
A Taste of Paris by Way of Atlanta will present a multi-course menu reimagining French brasserie classics with a bold Atlanta twist, highlighting the refined technique and vibrant spirit that have put Brasserie Margot on the map.
The evening will conclude with a dessert course from Executive Pastry Chef Eric Snow, known for his elegant, theatrical pastry creations.

Guests can also enjoy signature cocktails by award-winning General Manager Ashish Sharma and a curated selection of French and sustainable wines to complement the experience.
Located inside Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, Brasserie Margot seamlessly fuses Parisian sophistication with Atlanta’s lively energy, offering house-baked pastries, tableside desserts, a curated music program, and bold, approachable dishes crafted to captivate.


This event supports the James Beard Foundation’s Good Food for Good mission, celebrating chefs and restaurants redefining American dining.
