Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is set to kick off summer in style, opening its rooftop Riva Terrace Restaurant, Bar, and outdoor pool to the public and guests starting Monday, May 19, 2025.
With a sun-soaked rooftop scene, coastal Italian fare, and chill cocktails, the hotel is inviting the Twin Cities community to enjoy its elevated downtown oasis all season long.
Riva Terrace will serve light Mediterranean dishes daily from 11 AM to 6 PM, with extended kitchen and bar hours (until 8 PM and 10 PM respectively) beginning June 18, 2025, Wednesday through Saturday.

Expect seasonal spritzes, aperitivo-style bites, and special happy hour deals Monday through Thursday and all-day Sundays. When the Twins play at home, smashburgers and Pilsner specials will be on offer.
On Friday, June 27, 2025, the rooftop will host a free summer party from 3–6 PM, open to all. Additional incentives include “Cocktails for a Cause”, with proceeds going to charitable organizations, and a gelato cart serving house-made treats daily.
Hotel guests can enjoy an upgraded pool experience with Poolside Daybeds, which come with bubbly, fruit platters, and luxury amenities delivered hourly. Children get in on the fun too with gifts, mini robes, and daily gelato hours from 3–4 PM.
To celebrate its third anniversary, the hotel is rolling out summer packages like Third Night Free and welcome bubbles for June stays of three nights or more.
At The Spa, guests can prep for summer with the new HydraGloFacial, a fusion of HydraFacial and Glo2Facial technology.
Seasonal fitness classes in collaboration with Life Time begin June 1, and the Mother’s Day Garden Party on May 11 offers spa-goers drinks, flowers, and rooftop access before the official opening.
Mara Restaurant, led by Chef Gavin Kaysen, debuts new summer menu items and hosts weekly prix-fixe lunches, Sunday brunch, and an exclusive Chef’s Table on weekends starting June 6. This summer, private dining event bookings at Mara or the rooftop also come with complimentary bubbly.
