The T+L 500, compiled from the magazine’s World’s Best Awards survey, reflects the genuine experiences and opinions of Travel + Leisure readers, highlighting destinations that leave a lasting impression.

Centrally located in Madrid, the hotel occupies seven historic buildings, each brimming with architectural charm and cultural legacy. Together, they form a luxury landmark with 200 guest rooms and suites and a remarkable private art collection featuring over 1,500 works. The result is not just a hotel but a cultural hub steeped in Spanish heritage.

A highlight of the property is its culinary offering, with options designed to cater to every taste. Dani Brasserie, led by Michelin-starred chef Dani García, serves Mediterranean cuisine with an elevated yet relaxed rooftop ambiance.

For a livelier setting, ISA delivers bold, Asian-fusion flavors paired with inventive cocktails in a stylish atmosphere. Meanwhile, El Patio, nestled in the hotel lobby, offers modern spins on traditional dishes, pastries, and afternoon treats.

The hotel’s spa stands out as a destination in itself. Spanning over 1,400 square metres (15,000 sq ft) across four levels, it features a stunning 14-metre pool beneath a natural skylight, a sauna, steam room, solarium, and eight treatment rooms—including a couple’s suite. It’s a luxurious urban retreat redefining wellness in the city, designed to draw in both guests and locals.

Reflecting on the recognition, General Manager Alejandro Bernabé expressed heartfelt pride: “To be part of the T+L 500 for a second consecutive year is not just an honor—it’s a testament to the unwavering dedication of our team.

Their passion is the soul of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid. This distinction reinforces Madrid’s status as Europe’s luxury capital—a city of history, culture, and unforgettable experiences.”

The T+L 500 is not ranked but grouped alphabetically and by region, spotlighting properties that have consistently delivered exceptional service, world-class amenities, and memorable stays. For global travelers seeking recommendations backed by first-hand guest experiences, it remains an essential guide to the best in hospitality.
