Hyatt Hotels Corporation has officially opened its first Hyatt Studios hotel in Mobile, Alabama, introducing a new upper-midscale, extended-stay offering to its portfolio.
Located in Tillmans Corner, Hyatt Studios Mobile / Tillmans Corner celebrated its grand opening with local leaders, Hyatt executives, and community members following a soft launch in February.
The 122-suite hotel is designed for extended stays, offering spacious, studio-style accommodations equipped with full kitchens, comfortable lounge areas, and ample storage.

Guests also benefit from a range of amenities including a 24/7 Market, free Grab ‘n’ Go breakfast, fitness studio, laundry facilities, outdoor patio with grill and firepit, and signature Hyatt touches like free fiber internet and EV charging stations.
Part of Hyatt’s Essentials Portfolio, the property emphasizes both comfort and functionality, catering to travelers visiting Mobile’s Gulf Coast attractions or its diverse industrial hubs in aerospace, manufacturing, and healthcare.
Developed by 3H Group and managed by LBA Hospitality, the hotel is the first of many Hyatt Studios projects planned by the partnership, including new builds in Huntsville, Jacksonville, and Chattanooga. “We’re proud to pioneer the Hyatt Studios brand and see great opportunity ahead,” said 3H Group CEO Hiren Desai.
