IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a deal to open Holiday Inn Jeddah Al Naseem, a new 222-room hotel slated for a June 2026 launch.
Located in the lively Al Naseem district, the hotel will serve both business and leisure travelers, reinforcing IHG’s support for Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and its growing tourism sector.
The hotel will showcase Holiday Inn’s next-gen Open Lobby concept, blending work, dining, and relaxation spaces into one fluid environment. Guests will enjoy easy access to nearby malls, medical centers, and commercial zones.
Amenities will include four dining venues, a business center, boardrooms, and meeting spaces. For downtime, guests can enjoy a fitness center, spa, and outdoor pool.
IHG currently operates 45 hotels in Saudi Arabia across six brands, with another 47 in the pipeline. The launch of this new property highlights IHG’s continued expansion in one of its key growth markets.
