Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Holding Thanh Duc Joint Stock Company have announced the opening of Hyatt Place Ha Long Bay Bai Chay, marking the debut of the Hyatt Place brand in Vietnam.
The new hotel is strategically located in Ha Long’s vibrant tourism district, offering guests modern comforts and direct access to one of the country’s most iconic natural destinations.
The 163-room property offers thoughtfully designed accommodations with distinct areas for work and rest, each featuring a private balcony with views of Ha Long Bay or the city.

As part of Hyatt’s Essentials portfolio, the hotel is tailored for today’s multi-tasking travelers with 24/7 conveniences including The Market for anytime meals and The Lobby Lounge for light bites and drinks.
Amenities include a daily breakfast buffet, Bistro at the Bay for international cuisine, versatile event spaces—including a 2,529-square-foot main venue—and a tranquil infinity pool with bay views. Guests can also stay active in the 24-hour fitness center.
