Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore is bringing back its Summer Cookout Series for 2025, offering a standout open-air dining experience on the hotel’s rooftop terrace overlooking the Inner Harbor.
Now in its second year, the series is led by Director of Culinary Tristan Baker and features creative collaborations with local farms and luxury liquor brands, promising bold, seasonal flavors cooked over open flames.

Each event offers an intimate, prix-fixe dinner served at tables set in the Splash Pad, allowing guests to dine with their feet in the water. Menus rotate with each edition, highlighting premium partners in a relaxed yet upscale setting ideal for food lovers.
