Partnering with leading virtual card provider Conferma, Hilton is rolling out this technology across thousands of properties worldwide.

Previously reliant on email or fax, virtual card details will now be securely transmitted via API, eliminating manual processing and enabling faster, more secure check-ins.
This innovation supports over 400 Travel Management Companies and thousands of corporate clients, offering enhanced payment control, fraud protection, and simplified expense reconciliation.
Frank Passanante, Hilton’s SVP of Global Sales, said the move redefines business travel with a seamless guest experience from arrival.
Conferma CEO Jason Lalor added that this advancement reduces administrative tasks and boosts efficiency for travelers, hoteliers, and finance teams alike.
Corporate travel leaders like American Express GBT and National Corporate Housing praised the move for simplifying processes and improving service. This rollout reflects Hilton’s commitment to innovation in secure, digital-first travel experiences.
