Diego Angarita has been appointed General Manager of the upcoming Four Seasons Naples Beach Club, bringing decades of experience to this luxury Gulf Coast resort opening in 2025.

Four Seasons has appointed Diego Angarita as General Manager of Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort — a new luxury destination on Florida’s Gulf Coast, set to open in fall 2025.

The resort, located on the historic site of the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, is being developed by Athens Group and BDT & MSD Partners, L.P. Angarita will lead operations for 215 accommodations, including 47 suites and 153 luxury condominiums across beachside and golf course residences.

With over two decades at Four Seasons, Angarita brings a wealth of experience, having worked his way up from the front desk in Punta Mita to general manager roles in Anguilla and now Naples.

His background includes leadership roles across the Bahamas, Las Vegas, Hawaii, Los Angeles, and multiple properties under the BDT & MSD portfolio. Originally from Colombia and raised in Mexico, Angarita studied hospitality at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and has been with Four Seasons ever since his internship there.

Four Seasons executive Antoine Chahwan praised Angarita as the perfect fit to lead the Naples opening, highlighting his deep involvement in the project from its early stages.

The resort will feature over 1,000 feet of beachfront, a private members’ club, a world-class spa, racquet sports facilities, and a redesigned 18-hole golf course by Fazio Golf Design. The community will also include a lively Market Square with dining options like a café and a pub.

Angarita says he’s committed to honouring the legacy of the former hotel while delivering the exceptional service Four Seasons is known for, ensuring the property continues to thrive for years to come.
