On Tuesday, March 11, 2025, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul marks the 20th edition of its acclaimed Companion Series with an expanded four-bar takeover.
For one night only, the Hotel’s renowned speakeasy Charles H. and late-night hotspot OUL will host top bartenders from Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, and Bangkok for an evening of world-class cocktails and creative collaboration.
From 5:00 pm to midnight, each bar will feature a bespoke menu highlighting Tokki Soju and Sonbi Gin—artisanal spirits blending tradition with modern craftsmanship.

Tokki Soju, founded in Brooklyn, NY, uses fresh glutinous rice from Chungcheongbuk-do, while Sonbi Gin, distilled in California, incorporates ten botanicals for a complex yet refined flavor.

Gabriel Lowe, Cat Bite Club (Singapore, #56 World’s 50 Best Bars 2024) – Known for playful, agave and rice spirit-based cocktails, Gabriel brings over 15 years of bartending experience from San Francisco, Bogotá, and Bangkok.
7:00 – 9:00 pm at Charles H.
J Frank, Artifact (Hong Kong, Time Out HK’s Best Transportative Bar 2024) – Bar Manager of Artifact, J Frank creates refined yet adventurous cocktails, embodying the bar’s immersive and evolving spirit.
8:00 – 10:00 pm at OUL
William Wu, The Public House (Taipei, #44 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024) – Founder of this British pub-inspired cocktail bar, William brings his expertise from Le Petite Chambre and Side Bar to create bold, nostalgic flavors.
10:00 pm – 12:00 midnight at Charles H.
Philip Bischoff & Ning Yodsuwan, BKK Social Club (Bangkok, #7 Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024, #12 World’s 50 Best Bars 2024) – Philip, one of the Top 100 Most Influential Bar Figures, and Ning, Thailand’s Emerging Bartender of the Year 2023, close the night with Latin American-inspired cocktails.
