Hilton has announced the signing of its first Signia by Hilton hotel in Asia Pacific, set to open in Jaipur, India in 2028. This marks a significant expansion of Hilton’s luxury portfolio in India, alongside Waldorf Astoria and Conrad Hotels & Resorts.
The signing follows the debut of Signia by Hilton Amman, the brand’s first property outside the U.S., as it continues to grow in key global markets.

Developed in partnership with Sandeep Bakshi and Family LLP, the 216-room hotel will be located 28 km from Jaipur International Airport, with easy access to the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.
Designed for luxury travelers and business guests, the hotel will feature over 2,250 square meters of event space, including a 9,700 sq. ft. grand ballroom, stylish accommodations ranging from standard rooms to private pool villas, and premium amenities such as Club Signia lounge, a lagoon, spa, fitness center, pools, and diverse dining options.
Jaipur’s rich heritage and thriving tourism sector make it an ideal location for Signia by Hilton. “This signing marks the exciting debut of our Signia brand in Asia Pacific as we expand our luxury offerings in key gateway destinations,” said Alan Watts, president, Asia Pacific, Hilton.
Hilton’s South Asia portfolio now includes 64 trading and pipeline hotels, reinforcing its strong growth in the region. Signia by Hilton Jaipur will be part of Hilton Honors, offering exclusive member benefits.
