Hilton achieved unprecedented growth in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) in 2024, adding more hotels than ever, signing a record number of deals, and expanding into new markets.

The company now operates nearly 280 hotels across 30+ countries with a pipeline of over 130 properties, the largest in its history.

Strategic Growth Across Key Markets
Hilton’s expansion focused on Mexico, Brazil, and the Caribbean. It surpassed 100 hotels in Mexico, with nearly 40 more in development, including Conrad Los Cabos.

In Brazil, Hilton more than doubled its presence to 25 hotels in three years, with 20 more planned. The Caribbean portfolio is set to nearly double with 35 additional properties.

New Markets and Brand Milestones
Hilton debuted in five new countries and territories, including Paraguay, Bonaire, Turks and Caicos, St. Vincent and The Grenadines, and Antigua and Barbuda.

The company expanded its luxury and lifestyle offerings, launching Curio Collection in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico, Motto by Hilton in Peru, and DoubleTree by Hilton in Argentina and Ecuador.

2025 and Beyond
The company has a historic development pipeline, with over 50% of projects already under construction. Key upcoming openings include Waldorf Astoria Costa Rica Punta Cacique, Zemi Miches All-Inclusive Resort, and Hampton Inn by Hilton St.
