Crafted by Head Bartender Odd Strandbakken and Beverage Creative Director Alyssa Heidt, the menu draws from the travels of bon vivant Charles H. Baker Jr., blending classic cocktail influences with modern cultural storytelling.
Each drink offers a flavorful journey. Spilled Milk captures Seoul’s fast-paced culture with banana milk, iced americano, and soju, while Orchard Fizz pays homage to Korea’s pear-rich Cheonan region.

Salt Lemon Tonic brings a Moroccan twist with preserved lemons and spices, and the Halo Glow mocktail reimagines the Philippines’ beloved Halo Halo dessert.
The menu features Instagram-worthy creations like Queen of Diamonds, a Negroni-inspired Amalfi Coast cocktail with redistilled Campari; Vixen Fix, a Parisian cobbler-style drink with Burgundy and white chocolate; and the bold Pan American Highball from NYC, packed with apple, pomegranate, Calvados, and absinthe.
London’s Birthday Boy riffs on the Hanky Panky, infused with the flavors of Terry’s Chocolate Orange. The revamped Manhattan Flight spans New York, Havana, and Mumbai with variations of the timeless Manhattan.
Adding to the excitement, Charles H.’s Companion Series returns in 2025 with global guest bartenders. February 4 welcomes ARGO from Four Seasons Hong Kong, while March 4 features BKK Social Club from Four Seasons Bangkok, ranked among the world’s best bars.
