Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, in partnership with Galería Canalejas, marked the beginning of the Chinese New Year with an exclusive breakfast in its prestigious Royal Suite.
Hosted by Mr. Yao Jing, China’s Ambassador to Spain, the event brought together key figures from Madrid’s government, including Tourism Director Héctor Coronel and Councillor Borja Fanjul, alongside Alejandro Bernabé, Regional Vice-President and General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid.

The gathering aimed to strengthen ties between the Chinese community and the city while extending a warm welcome to visiting Chinese tourists.
Attendees included prominent members of Madrid’s Chinese community, as well as representatives from cultural and institutional organizations. Ambassador Yao Jing expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality, while Alejandro Bernabé emphasized the significance of cultural exchange.
Set in an atmosphere of elegance and tradition, guests enjoyed a selection of sweets inspired by Chinese traditions, along with Spanish specialties like jamón and churros with chocolate.
The event fostered meaningful connections, reinforcing Madrid’s commitment to embracing and celebrating Chinese culture.
