IHG Hotels & Resorts is accelerating growth across its Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio, now representing 20% of the company’s global pipeline with over 900 open and planned hotels, including more than 260 in the Americas. This marks nearly double the segment’s size in just five years.

Leanne Harwood, IHG’s SVP for Luxury & Lifestyle Brands Americas, highlighted the portfolio’s success, citing major brand launches like Regent Santa Monica Beach and three new U.S.

Major Developments Across Iconic Brands

  • Six Senses: Following its regional debut with Six Senses La Sagesse in Grenada, the brand has announced new properties in Telluride, Colorado, and Foxburg, Pennsylvania, set to open in 2028. Globally, Six Senses has 27 operating hotels and 43 in the pipeline.
  • Regent Hotels & Resorts: Regent Santa Monica Beach marked the brand’s return to the Americas, blending coastal luxury with inspired dining and wellness experiences. Upcoming properties include Regent Jeddah and Regent Kyoto.
