From March 1 to 3, 2025, guests can indulge in a meticulously curated set menu, featuring signature dishes like Honeyed Barbecued Pork Belly, Fresh Abalone Tom Yum Soup, Steamed Egg Tiger Prawns with Pomegranate Vinegar, Deep-Fried Beef Short Ribs with Lime, Stir-Fried Crispy Catfish in Curry Paste, and Fried Bag Dumpling with Crab Meat.
