IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Saudi Arabia’s Al Harithy Group to introduce The Venue, Vignette Collection Jeddah Corniche, a 193-key luxury property on the Red Sea coast.
Scheduled for rebranding and reopening in late 2025, the hotel will cater to the growing demand for upscale, curated hospitality in Jeddah, a vital hub in Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 tourism strategy.

The property, originally established in 1997, will undergo renovations to blend modern elegance with its rich heritage. Guests can expect premium amenities, including Jeddah’s first pillar-less wedding hall, indoor and outdoor pools, three dining venues, a business center, 13 meeting rooms, and a spa and fitness center.
Supporting Vision 2030
Haitham Mattar, Managing Director of IHG Hotels & Resorts for India, the Middle East, and Africa, emphasized the importance of this collaboration in supporting Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. “Jeddah, as a gateway to the holy cities and a thriving commercial hub, is a key destination in the Kingdom’s tourism ecosystem,” he said.

The Vignette Collection, known for unique and exclusive hotel experiences, allows independent properties to retain their identity while leveraging IHG’s global network. Mr. Al Sharif Mohammed Al Harith, Chairman of Al Harithy Group, highlighted the alignment of this project with Saudi Vision 2030 goals, stating, “This partnership will introduce authentic, experiential stays in the city while celebrating its heritage and architectural significance.”
