Hilton Celebrates 2024 CEO Light & Warmth Award Winners
Hilton has announced the recipients of its prestigious 2024 CEO Light & Warmth Award, honoring 16 individual team members and one team from across the globe for their exceptional contributions to hospitality and dedication to Hilton’s values.
This award, Hilton’s highest recognition for team members, celebrates those who embody the company’s purpose of bringing the light and warmth of hospitality to the world.

Selected from nearly 700 nominations, winners were chosen by a committee of colleagues and Hilton CEO Christopher J. Nassetta. Their stories reflect outstanding leadership, community service, innovation, and inclusivity.
Highlights of the 2024 Award Recipients:
- Michelle Keck (Homewood Suites by Hilton Wilmington-Brandywine Valley): Recognized for her inclusive leadership and dedication to mentorship, community initiatives, and guest satisfaction.
- Stacie Bladen (Hilton McLean Tysons Corner): Transformed postponed wedding plans into a community relief effort following Hurricane Helene.
- Neil Castañeda (Hilton Lima Miraflores): Known for his empathetic leadership and efforts to ensure his team enjoys internal events by covering their shifts.
- Cairns Emergency Response Team: Displayed extraordinary courage during a rooftop helicopter crash, ensuring guest safety and reopening the hotel within 48 hours.
- Denise Beadle (DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon): Celebrated for over 25 years of service, offering warmth and a personal touch to guests and colleagues alike.
- Sudhagar Sethuraman (Hilton Garden Inn Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park): A leader in sustainability, mentoring, and fostering collaboration.
