La Méditerranée Robuchon and Chicago Rare, both in their debut year, have earned the prestigious Selected by The Michelin Guide 2025 recognition, cementing Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl-Qatar as a leader in Doha’s dining scene.
The announcement came during The Michelin Guide’s highly anticipated Doha debut on December 12, a landmark moment for the city’s culinary landscape.

La Méditerranée Robuchon, inspired by the legendary Joël Robuchon, stands out for its exquisite French and Mediterranean cuisine. Executive Chef Eric Gonzalez leads the team in delivering dishes that honor Robuchon’s legacy while adding modern flair, all set against the backdrop of stunning ocean views.
Gonzalez expressed deep gratitude for the accolade, crediting his team’s passion and the resort’s support for making the achievement possible.
Chicago Rare, a sophisticated reinterpretation of a vintage Chicago steakhouse, also earned Michelin Guide recognition within just nine months of opening.
Helmed by Executive Chef Christian Gosselin, the restaurant combines perfectly grilled meats, innovative dishes, and the charm of 1920s-inspired jazz. Gosselin celebrated the honor as a testament to his team’s dedication to crafting a distinctive dining experience.
General Manager Mehdi Zaanoun praised both restaurants, highlighting the chefs’ vision and the teams’ hard work in elevating Doha’s culinary offerings.
