Festive Dining at Marcus Restaurant + Lounge
Executive Chef Jason Morris and Head Mixologist Jonathan Homier present a Festive Menu available from December 2 to 30, 2024. Highlights include Mafaldine in black truffle cream sauce, Vol-au-Vent with confit guinea fowl, and Faux Filet with pomme purée.
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, an à la carte menu features seasonal favorites like the Half Seafood Tower and Truffle Mafaldine. Groups of eight or more can enjoy a shared menu designed to enhance the spirit of togetherness.
New Year’s Eve Madhatter Ball
Ring in 2025 with style at the Madhatter Ball, where guests are encouraged to wear creative hats or silver outfits to mark the 25th year of the century. The night includes live music, magicians, DJs, and more. Marcus offers two dining seatings: a three-course menu from 5:30 to 7:30 pm and an elevated version from 8:15 to 10:00 pm, with bottle service available as the countdown begins. Lounge table reservations for bottle service start at 10:00 pm.
Winter Escape Spa Package
The Forbes Five-Star Guerlain Spa offers the Winter Escape Spa Package, pairing a luxurious overnight stay with a personalized 90-minute massage, upgraded from the standard 60 minutes. Treats from the Spa add an extra touch of indulgence. Reservations are required at least two days in advance.
