Four Seasons Expands to Puerto Rico with Bahia Beach Resort Transformation
Four Seasons and Paulson Puerto Rico have announced plans to bring the luxury brand to Bahia Beach, Rio Grande, marking Four Seasons’ debut in Puerto Rico and continued growth in the Caribbean.
The Four Seasons Resort and Private Residences Puerto Rico is set to open in late 2025 after renovations, offering a blend of world-class service and seamless integration with the island’s natural beauty.

A Unique Setting in Bahia Beach
Spanning 483 acres (195 hectares) of lush landscapes, the resort is located just 30 minutes from San Juan’s Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport. The property will feature 139 redesigned rooms and suites and 85 private residences, with additional existing units joining the residential portfolio.
Guests and residents will enjoy direct access to two miles of white sand beaches, walking trails, pools, tennis courts, an 18-hole golf course, and views of the ocean, rainforest, and lakes.

The resort will offer a range of dining options, including a lobby lounge, poolside grill, specialty restaurant, and a new oceanside dining experience. Meeting and event spaces will complement the lifestyle offerings, while the property’s proximity to El Yunque National Forest and Espiritu Santo River State Preserve will provide access to Puerto Rico’s rich cultural and natural heritage.
Expanding Four Seasons in the Caribbean
The Puerto Rico property will join Four Seasons’ Caribbean portfolio, which includes resorts and residences in Anguilla, The Bahamas, Nevis, and upcoming projects in Belize and the Dominican Republic.
