Grubhub and Hilton expand their partnership to offer seamless mobile ordering and delivery at 2,600+ hotels, enhancing guest convenience with food, essentials, and perks.

Grubhub and Hilton have expanded their partnership, now offering on-demand delivery of food, groceries, and convenience items to guests staying at over 2,600 Hampton by Hilton, Tru by Hilton, and Spark by Hilton locations.

This collaboration allows guests to access Grubhub’s extensive Marketplace of more than 375,000 merchants by scanning a QR code, enabling seamless delivery of everything from local restaurant favorites to essential items.

Guests also benefit from a complimentary one-month Grubhub+ membership, which includes $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees, and 5% back on pickup orders.

This expansion builds on the success of Grubhub Onsite at Homewood Suites and Home2 Suites by Hilton, where the service launched in 2023. Orders to Hilton properties have since doubled, with guests frequently ordering meals like pad thai and Caesar salad, as well as essential items like phone chargers and cold remedies. Sunday remains the most popular day for orders.

Grubhub’s Vice President and General Manager, Rob DelaCruz, emphasized the value of convenience for Hilton’s guests, saying the partnership caters to a wide range of needs, from comfort food to forgotten toiletries.
