The newly reimagined Elements at Four Seasons Hotel Doha brings the Mediterranean to life with a modern twist on international cuisine.
This refreshed dining destination celebrates flavors from across the Mediterranean, offering a vibrant menu, stylish design, and engaging experiences for all ages.
Located on the hotel’s lower level, Elements has been transformed by Dubai-based designer David Tkint into a warm, contemporary space with lush greenery, hardwood floors, and artistic details.

At the heart of the restaurant is an open kitchen where chefs prepare fresh, made-to-order dishes in full view. Live stations serve a variety of specialties, from Greek favorites to shawarma and crudo, while the bar offers handcrafted cocktails and zero-proof drinks inspired by Mediterranean ingredients.
Leading the culinary team is Chef de Cuisine Claudio Leanza, an Italian native with a passion for seasonal, high-quality ingredients and a menu influenced by regions like North Africa, Turkey, and Syria.
Breakfast at Elements offers a dynamic spread, while dinner features starters, crudo, salads, authentic pizzas, handmade pastas, and signature dishes like Lamb Shank with beans, Omani Prawns, and a sizzling Mixed Grill Platter.
Each dish is artfully plated to enhance textures, aromas, and flavors, served in a setting that accommodates families, friends, and intimate gatherings. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor terrace overlooking the Arabian Gulf.
With attentive service and innovative cuisine, Elements is a standout addition to Doha’s luxury dining scene. Open daily for breakfast (6:30–11:00 am) and dinner (6:00–11:00 pm), with aperitivo Sunday–Thursday (6:00–8:00 pm). For reservations, call +974 4494 8888.
