Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced an ambitious pipeline of over 50 luxury and lifestyle hotels set to open worldwide by 2026, reinforcing its leadership in high-end hospitality. Showcased at ILTM Cannes, this expansion builds on surging demand for luxury travel and Hyatt’s strategic acquisitions and brand growth.
Hyatt’s luxury portfolio, which has doubled its room count since 2017, includes new projects like Miraval the Red Sea, marking the brand’s international debut in late 2025, and highly anticipated openings such as Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and Andaz Miami Beach.
The lifestyle segment is also thriving, bolstered by the acquisition of Standard International and the creation of a dedicated Lifestyle group headquartered in New York.
“Our future in luxury and lifestyle looks brighter than ever,” said Javier Águila, Group President for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. “Recent acquisitions and strategic growth enable us to deliver exceptional guest experiences in sought-after destinations.”
Hyatt now boasts 256 luxury and lifestyle properties across 45 countries, emphasizing curated, transformative travel experiences. The brand’s newly evolved portfolios—Luxury, featuring ultraluxe brands like Park Hyatt and Alila, and Lifestyle, focusing on cultural immersion with brands like Andaz and The Standard—are tailored to meet evolving traveler preferences.
Hyatt’s commitment to thoughtful growth continues to position it as a trusted choice for discerning travelers worldwide.
