ISA reimagines traditional holiday dining with a menu that begins with exquisite starters like Galician sea urchin with white prawns and Ossetra caviar, followed by unique dim sums such as scallop har gow with yuzu Hollandaise and panipuri with tuna tartare and ponzu.
