The first Café Ginori will open on November 26 at The St. Regis Florence, where Ginori 1735 was founded, followed by an expansion to Abu Dhabi in early 2025, with additional locations planned worldwide.
This collaboration promises a bold reinterpretation of luxury dining, blending Ginori 1735’s vibrant craftsmanship with St. Regis’s signature elegance. Guests will enjoy an immersive experience that merges la dolce vita with contemporary culinary artistry. Each Café Ginori will feature creative plating, inspired menus, and striking interiors designed to embody Italian joy, or allegria.

Café Ginori invites guests on a journey through four distinct dining experiences, from breakfast to aperitivo, with over 25 signature dishes reimagining Italian classics. The experience is guided by the Master of Plating, who pairs bold presentations with iconic Ginori collections such as Oriente Italiano and Il Viaggio di Nettuno.
Interior design plays a central role, incorporating elements from Ginori 1735’s Domus home décor line, including bespoke wallpapers and embroidered furnishings. Every detail—from the plating to the décor—reflects the collaboration’s commitment to artistry and innovation.
Expanding the Legacy
The Florence launch builds on a relationship that began at The St. Regis Venice, where Ginori 1735 transformed the hotel’s waterfront terrace. Future collaborations will bring similar concepts to The St. Regis Riyadh and The St. Regis Downtown Dubai.
