Inspired by the longevity-focused lifestyle of Sardinia’s Blue Zones, Piras has crafted these experiences using native ingredients like myrtle, juniper, lavender, and honey. Each treatment reflects a different aspect of Sardinia’s natural heritage:
- On the Salt Route: Limited to four guests, this experience includes a guided train tour of the Conti-Vecchi salt marshes, home to archaeological salt flats and pink flamingos, followed by an 80-minute exfoliation with salt from the marshes and local aromatic plants.
- On the Honey Route: Celebrating Sardinia’s honey production, this treatment involves tasting local honey varieties, a soothing body mask, and a massage, ending with herbal tea infused with Sardinian honey and ginger.
- On the Wood Route: Honoring Sardinia’s forests, this experience uses Mediterranean essential oils and a citrus wood cream for a sensory massage amid natural sounds and scents inspired by the island’s ancient woodlands.
These experiences embody Hilton’s 2025 Trends Report findings, which indicate travelers increasingly seek both relaxation and immersion in local culture.
