Sofitel, the luxury hospitality brand of Accor, has announced a new addition to its Egyptian portfolio with the signing of the Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile. Set to be the brand’s largest property globally, the 615-room hotel will offer stunning views of the Nile River and convenient access to Cairo’s most iconic landmarks, including the upcoming Grand Egyptian Museum and the Pyramids of Giza.
Located in the heart of Cairo, this new property combines French luxury with Egyptian heritage, featuring elegant accommodations, four signature restaurants, and a wellness center with spa and fitness facilities.

Sofitel Cairo Downtown Nile also boasts over 2,000 square meters of event space, making it an attractive destination for both business and leisure travelers.
The project is backed by the International Company For Touristic Investments (ICTI), which brings local expertise to support Sofitel’s high standards of luxury and service.
