October 25, 2024 — Hyatt Hotels Corporation has launched The Perennial Tianjin, the newest addition to its JdV by Hyatt collection, in the bustling Tianjin South Railway Station Business District.
The fourth JdV by Hyatt hotel to open in Greater China, The Perennial Tianjin is part of a mixed-use complex that combines healthcare, senior living, commercial, and hospitality facilities, positioning itself as a vibrant hub for urban travelers seeking unique and culturally enriched experiences.
Situated within the Perennial International Health and Medical Hub, The Perennial Tianjin is strategically close to the high-speed rail and subway connections of the Tianjin South Railway Station.

The hotel is a short drive from Yangliuqing, one of China’s historic towns, where guests can experience the blending of traditional and modern Tianjin.
The Perennial Tianjin features 178 guest rooms and suites with city views, each offering premium bedding, mini-fridges, and spacious bathrooms. Exclusive to suite and executive room guests are Club Lounge benefits, with amenities that include a 6,200-square-foot indoor pool and a full fitness center with advanced training equipment.
