The St. Regis Longboat Key Resort has officially opened, marking the largest development on the island in 50 years.

Located on Sarasota’s coveted barrier island, this beachfront retreat, developed by Unicorp National Developments, blends coastal luxury with personalized service, setting a new standard for hospitality on Florida’s Gulf Coast.

Designed by 10 Design with interiors by HBA Miami and Dutch East Design, the resort spans 18 acres and offers exclusive access to 800 feet of private beach.

Guests can enjoy a range of luxurious amenities, including “The Pools” area with multiple swimming pools, an adults-only Serenity Pool, and the first-ever St. Regis Pool Butler service.

A hidden Grotto with personalized champagne service and the Under the Sea Lagoon, home to stingrays, reef fish, and Aldabra tortoises, add unique touches. A boutique by Vilebrequin will open in Fall 2024, featuring exclusive marine-themed swimwear and beachside experiences.

The resort’s architecture and interiors are designed to complement the surrounding natural beauty, with 168 rooms and 26 suites, each offering breathtaking ocean views and St. Regis’s signature Butler Service. The Presidential Suite, inspired by Sarasota pioneer Mrs. Davie Lindsay Worcester, features a private terrace with panoramic Gulf views.

Guests can explore seven distinct dining venues, including CW Prime, the resort’s signature steakhouse, and The Spirit Room, a speakeasy offering rare spirits. Other dining options include Italian-inspired Riva, Latin cuisine at Aura, and Oshen, a rooftop lounge with seafood and cocktails influenced by Japanese and Peruvian flavors.

The Monkey Bar and The St. Regis Bar also offer creative cocktails, with a local twist on classic St. Regis traditions.

The St. Regis Spa offers a 20,000-square-foot beachfront sanctuary, featuring 14 treatment rooms, a hydrothermal area, and an exclusive partnership with La Mer. Guests can indulge in treatments like the Genaissance facial, while the spa’s outdoor vitality pool overlooks the Gulf of Mexico.

With 34,000 square feet of event space, including the Astor Ballroom and beachfront venues, the resort is an ideal location for weddings and events.
