Located in Milan’s artistic Brera district, Six Senses Milan will offer 68 guest rooms, including 15 suites, and feature a state-of-the-art spa, rooftop bar, and a sky pool.

Sustainability will be a focus, with an Earth Lab, a tranquil courtyard, and a restaurant showcasing seasonal, locally sourced cuisine.

Six Senses Lake Como, nestled on the western shore of the famous lake, will blend luxury with the area’s historical charm. The restored Grand Hotel Cadenabbia will house 102 rooms and suites, a floating pool, and wellness spaces, offering guests a serene lakeside retreat.

Neil Jacobs, CEO of Six Senses, expressed excitement for the new projects, highlighting Italy’s unique blend of art, architecture, and gastronomy. Gruppo Statuto owner Giuseppe Statuto added that the collaboration solidifies the group’s presence in high-end hospitality.

These new properties are part of IHG Hotels & Resorts’ growing Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio in Europe, which now includes nearly 100 open hotels.
