Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is launching an exciting new brunch experience on Sunday, October 27, 2024. Held at SkyHigh, 60 floors above the city, this elevated brunch will offer an exquisite culinary journey every Sunday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm.
Inspired by the original Four Seasons Philadelphia brunch, it promises a luxurious setting, live music, and a refined menu designed for sophisticated tastes.
The three-course menu includes indulgent dishes such as Maine lobster with scrambled eggs and crème fraîche, and French toast with foie gras, mascarpone Chantilly, and maple syrup. Guests can also enhance their meals with premium additions like truffle and Petrossian caviar.
A decadent dessert buffet awaits at the Level 59 Lounge, featuring treats like passion fruit strawberry kouign-amann and honey spice cake. The brunch experience also includes a Mimosa Trolley with seasonal flavors, sparkling wines, and Champagne, along with a trolley of desserts on Level 60.
