Hyatt announces two new luxury hotels, Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina, in NEOM’s coastal destination, Jaumur, offering 350 rooms and unique luxury experiences by 2027.

Hyatt (NYSE: H) has announced plans for two new luxury hotels, Park Hyatt Jaumur and Andaz Jaumur Marina, in the exclusive coastal destination of Jaumur, part of NEOM’s Magna region on the Gulf of Aqaba.

Set to open in 2027, the properties will feature a total of 350 rooms and suites, marking a major milestone in Hyatt’s expansion within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and strengthening its strategic partnership with NEOM.

Jaumur offers a blend of land and sea experiences, centered around a state-of-the-art 300-berth marina with a stunning cantilever design that complements deep-sea diving, leisure, and cultural attractions.

Park Hyatt Jaumur, with 125 rooms, will serve as a hub of luxury and relaxation at the heart of this vibrant community, while Andaz Jaumur Marina will offer 225 modern rooms, celebrating art and creativity with a focus on personalized, eclectic experiences.
