Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, and Chef Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak DC are excited to announce the return of the Four Seasons DC Wine & Dine event, benefiting cancer research at MedStar Health.

Set for November 14 and 15, 2024, the culinary showcase will feature top chefs like Tyler Florence, Markus Glocker, Jet Tila, Adam Sobel, Quentin Welch, and Chef Mina, in collaboration with Company Fine Wine.

The event kicks off on November 14 with a cocktail reception featuring exquisite hors d’oeuvres and chef stations from renowned Michelin-starred and James Beard Award-winning chefs. Designed by celebrated event planner Stephen McGee, the evening offers an elegant atmosphere and exclusive culinary experiences.

The highlight, the Fine Wine & Celebrity Chef Dinner, takes place on November 15 at Bourbon Steak. This intimate five-course tasting menu will be crafted by chefs Michael Mina, Quentin Welch, Tyler Florence, Markus Glocker, and Jet Tila.

MedStar Health’s leadership, including Neil J. Weissman, MD, and CEO Kenneth A. Samet, also voiced their gratitude for the event’s support, which furthers their mission to innovate cancer treatment and enhance patient care through partnerships with institutions like Georgetown University’s Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Tickets for the reception on November 14 are available for USD 195, with proceeds directly supporting cancer research.
