For this event, the hotel has crafted three Tianjin-inspired Negroni variations, blending local flavors with the timeless cocktail. Guests can enjoy these exclusive creations on the hotel’s outdoor terrace, taking in the autumn breeze:
- Tianjin Negroni: A floral twist featuring Tianjin ShenYu rose liqueur with Campari and red vermouth, highlighting the city’s culture through a full-bodied, bitter-sweet drink.
- Shanhaiguan Negroni: Infused with orange juice and peel syrup, this cocktail evokes childhood memories of sipping soda, combining Campari and red vermouth with a citrusy touch.
- Haihe Coffee Negroni: A bold mix of Haihe coffee milk, espresso, Campari, and chocolate syrup, offering a rich, aromatic experience.
