IHG Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Dubai developer Sankari to launch the first standalone Regent Residences in the Middle East.
Set to open by the end of 2027, Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place will feature 63 luxury units and 10 floating homes in the Marasi Marina area.

This flagship project underscores Dubai’s growing luxury real estate market, offering opulent living spaces with private pools, fitness centers, and exclusive dining areas.
Haitham Mattar, IHG’s Managing Director for the Middle East, said the development will elevate luxury living in the city.
Sankari CEO Mark Phoenix called the collaboration an opportunity to deliver exceptional residential hospitality, while IHG’s Alexandra Yao highlighted the project as a key step in expanding the Regent brand globally.
