From September to October, Fall Flavours at Bayou & Bean serves up cozy seasonal drinks like Pumpkin Spice Latte, while Pastry Chef Krystin McCarley delights with treats like Pumpkin Cookies and Blood Orange Donuts. Bourbon lovers can indulge in the Garrison Brothers’ Hye Fashioned Takeover, where each Old Fashioned sold helps raise funds for veterans through the Boot Campaign.
The hotel will also host events like Bourbon Heritage Month tastings, a James Beard Tasting on September 12 featuring top local chefs, and a Kendra Scott Pop-Up showcasing the Texas designer’s jewelry.
On September 13, Toro Toro introduces its 3/4/5/6 Happy Hour with discounts on drinks and small plates. National Negroni Week at Bandista from September 18-21 offers creative Negroni variations, with proceeds supporting Slow Food’s sustainable mission.
Entertainment highlights include Ben Jackson’s Magic, Music & Mayhem shows in late September and October. The Sugar & Spice Spa package, launching October 1, features a fall-themed body scrub and massage.
Toro Toro will also celebrate Dia de Los Muertos from October 1 to November 3 with themed dishes and cocktails, while Oktoberfest at Bayou & Bottle will feature traditional German fare.
