Indulge in Donna Fugata Wine Pairing at Zafferano: An Exclusive Experience at Four Seasons Baku

Experience “Taste the Volcano” at Four Seasons Hotel Baku’s Zafferano Restaurant, where Donna Fugata’s Mount Etna wines are perfectly paired with gourmet dishes on select August dates.

Four Seasons Hotel Baku is hosting “Taste the Volcano,” a unique culinary event featuring a wine pairing experience in collaboration with Italy’s renowned Donna Fugata Winery.

This exclusive event is scheduled for August 23, 24, 30, and 31, 2024, at Zafferano Restaurant from 7:00 to 11:00 pm.

Guests will enjoy a curated wine pairing experience, highlighting Donna Fugata’s exceptional wines from Mount Etna.

Each dish from the à la carte menu will be expertly paired with one of three distinctive wines: the crisp Sul Vulcano Etna Bianco DOC, the vibrant Sul Vulcano Etna Rosato DOC, or the complex Sul Vulcano Etna Rosso DOC.

Ahmet Bakar, the hotel’s Food and Beverage Director, noted that this collaboration celebrates Sicilian winemaking and offers a unique chance to experience wines from one of the world’s most intriguing volcanic regions.
