IHG Army Hotels marks 15 years as the sole operator of on-post lodging at 40 U.S. military installations, delivering the comfort of Holiday Inn Express, Candlewood Suites, and Staybridge Suites to service members and their families.
Since partnering with the U.S. Army in 2009 under the Privatization of Army Lodging (PAL) program, IHG has provided over 40 million room nights and awarded nearly seven billion rewards points to military travelers.

The hotels, including 15 historic properties, offer familiar amenities like complimentary breakfast and fitness centers, while ongoing improvements, backed by $5 billion in planned reinvestment, ensure modern and sustainable operations.
IHG Army Hotels also supports military communities through initiatives like the Teen Academy program and partnerships with organizations such as the Fisher House Foundation, reinforcing its commitment to “True Hospitality for Good.”
