Olive Bar & Kitchen in Bandra is excited to host a special event in collaboration with All Things Nice, featuring the acclaimed team from Copitas Bengaluru for a one-night-only bar takeover on Thursday, August 22, 2024.
Copitas, the award-winning cocktail bar nestled within Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru, is known for its creative mixology and vibrant atmosphere. In 2023, it was honored with the 38th spot on Asia’s 50 Best Bars list and regularly ranks among the top five in India’s 30 Best Bars.
Leading the charge at this event will be Head Bartender Gracy Chourey, recognized as one of the Top 16 Bartenders in World Class India 2024. Gracy will bring her expertise to Olive, serving up Copitas’ signature cocktails that have made the bar a must-visit destination for cocktail enthusiasts.

From 8:00 pm onwards on August 22, guests can indulge in meticulously crafted drinks like the Makrut Lime x Matcha Green Tea, featuring makrut lime leaf, matcha green tea, and Tanqueray, as well as the Pine Needle, a complex mix of pine needle, red wine, mezcal, Italian bitter, sweet vermouth, and Singleton, all from Copitas’ celebrated Folium menu.
Attendees will also be treated to a sneak peek of two new creations—Shiso Leaf, blending cape gooseberry, agave, shiso, and Don Julio Blanco, and Barberry Leaf, which combines vetiver, frankincense, barberry leaf, amaro, and Ketel One.
These innovative cocktails are part of Copitas’ new Folium Chapter 01, with Chapter 02 set to debut soon. Each cocktail reflects the bar’s commitment to sustainability and the use of hyperlocal ingredients, with the leaf being a central theme symbolizing vitality and connection.
