Hilton (NYSE: HLT), a global leader in the hospitality industry, has once again demonstrated its commitment to guest satisfaction by securing two No. 1 rankings in the 2024 J.D. Power North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index (NAGSI) Study. For the second consecutive year, Hilton’s brands have topped the charts in the Upper Midscale/Midscale Extended Stay and Midscale segments, reinforcing their reputation for exceptional service.

Tru by Hilton claimed the top spot in the Midscale segment, while Home2 Suites by Hilton ranked highest in the Upper Midscale/Midscale Extended Stay category. Both brands have now earned the prestigious J.D. Power award four times, reflecting the consistent excellence and dedication to guest satisfaction that Hilton properties are known for. This year, 13 of Hilton’s hotel brands were recognized for their outstanding performance, with nine of them ranking at or above the average for their respective segments.

The NAGSI Study, now in its 28th year, evaluates overall hotel guest satisfaction across six key factors: communications and connectivity, food and beverage, guest room, hotel facility, staff service, and value for price. The study benchmarks 103 brands across nine hotel segments and is based on feedback from 39,468 guests who stayed at branded hotels between May 2023 and May 2024.
