From Tuesday, July 23, 2024, Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is relaunching Aperitivo – back and better than ever, now located in the Hotel’s award-winning cocktail outlet, Grain Bar.
Originally launched into Mode Kitchen & Bar in 2023, Aperitivo, inspired by the classic Italian evening ritual, became a much-loved offering for Sydneysiders, where guests could enjoy the perfect cocktail, paired with traditional Italian antipasti bites— the ultimate way to unwind after a busy day, catch up with friends and enjoy a pre-dinner drink and snack before exploring the vibrant city of Sydney.

Back and better than ever at Grain Bar for 2024, for just AUD 40 per person diners can now enjoy a two-hour unlimited antipasto buffet — think wheels of sharp cheeses, plump vine-ripe cherry tomatoes, ribbons of salumi and fresh-made chilled salads, accompanied by hot, house-made focaccia, roman-style pizzas, and rich arancini for more substantial bites.
Also revamped for 2024, the cocktail selection, Cin Cin!
Enjoy a complimentary beverage on arrival with choice of an Italian-inspired cocktail crafted by Grain Bar’s experienced cocktail maestros (Aperol Spritz, Americano, Garibaldi, or Bellini), premium wines by the glass, or a locally brewed beer. Additional beverages are available from AUD 8 during Aperitivo or discover Grain Bars eclectic menu of Epic and Signature Cocktails for something truly special, prices from AUD 28.
