Marriott International, Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR) has announced significant growth and enhancements in its Marriott Branded Residences portfolio, bolstered by the new ONVIA platform, which enhances benefits for Residence Owners.

Since launching its first branded residence in 2000, Marriott has expanded to 138 residential locations, with a pipeline of 123 projects, reflecting nearly 90 percent growth. The portfolio spans 16 distinct brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, JW Marriott, Autograph Collection, EDITION, and W Hotels, offering diverse lifestyle and location choices. Notably, about 25 percent of these projects are standalone properties.
