Bar Margot’s martini cart is a tribute to the art of cocktail craftsmanship, bringing the finesse of mixology directly to the guests’ tables. The cart boasts a premium selection of vodkas, gins, and vermouths, and is wheeled tableside by a master mixologist who creates each martini to order. Guests can opt for a classic vodka or gin martini or customize their own cocktail by choosing preferred spirits, mixers, and garnishes such as olives, citrus twists, or fresh herbs.

Besides the tableside martini cart, Bar Margot offers a menu of meticulously crafted cocktails along with a premium selection of bourbons, tequilas, and other spirits. Designed by acclaimed architect Michael S. Smith, the bar’s stylish interior features plush velvet seating, marble accents, and a stunning onyx bar. Bar Margot is open daily for cocktails and light fare.
