Marriott International, Inc. and Eagle Hills have announced an agreement to launch the UAE’s first Ritz-Carlton Reserve on Ramhan Island, Abu Dhabi. Set to open in 2029, this exclusive property promises a luxurious escape with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf.

Ramhan Island, covering over 4 million square meters, is being developed as a premier destination for luxury and natural beauty. The integrated waterfront community will feature residential villas, marina residences, and luxury hotels with state-of-the-art amenities for both residents and tourists. The Ritz-Carlton Reserve will offer 50 private luxury villas, including the UAE’s first floating villas, and a range of lavish leisure amenities and culinary venues.
