In celebration of Global Wellness Day, the Spa team at Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence will host a special wellness program on Saturday, June 8, 2024, by the shimmering outdoor pool on the fourth floor—a tranquil oasis offering a serene escape under Cairo’s skyline and warm sun rays.
This year’s theme, #MagentaNature, inspires a range of activities designed to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Guests and employees are encouraged to pause, breathe, and smile in the calming environment of the hotel’s outdoor pool, surrounded by its turquoise hues and the warm Egyptian sun.
Detox refreshments, fresh juices, and nutritious snacks will be available to energize participants throughout the day.

The wellness program kicks off at 8:00 am with a bodyweight class, including resistance training, push-ups, squats, planks, pull-ups, stretching, and mobility exercises. This session aims to enhance range of motion, muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being.
At 10:00 am, guests can join a gentle stretching class set to healing music. This hour-long session will improve flexibility, posture, and provide a refreshing start to the day’s activities.
The program continues at 12:00 noon with an invigorating water aerobics class led by the Spa’s personal trainer, Gad Gad. This class includes exercises such as jumping jacks, flutter kicks, arm raises, and knee lifts, providing an excellent way to beat the summer heat while enhancing weight loss and cardio fitness.
Following the physical activities, guests are invited to unwind at 1:00 pm in the Spa’s sauna and whirlpool. This relaxing session will help ease body tension, soothe muscles, and aid in recovery, offering a perfect conclusion to a day of wellness and rejuvenation.
