Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia at Comcast Center will debut its new Sky Garden floor in December 2025, bringing a fresh layer of luxury to the city’s skyline. Designed by renowned firm 1508 London, this reimagined 45th-floor experience blends Norman Foster’s iconic architecture with bespoke, residential-style interiors.
The floor will feature a mix of accommodations, including four guest rooms, three suites, and a standout two-bedroom Sky Terrace Penthouse—each offering sweeping city views, locally inspired design, and high-end finishes like wood panelling, mirrored ceilings, and heritage art.

Select suites, including the Penthouse, offer private outdoor terraces and residential-style amenities like full kitchens, in-suite laundry, and butler’s pantries.
The Penthouse also features a private gym and a curated wine cellar led by Food and Beverage Director Damien Beguin, complete with options for personalized tastings.

Guests will enjoy a suite of exclusive perks, from in-room spa treatments to curated access to cultural and sporting events, plus collaborations with top names in fashion, wellness, and design.
General Manager Cornelia Samara calls the Sky Garden a testament to the hotel’s commitment to service and innovation, setting a new benchmark for hospitality in the city.
Reservations open in late summer 2025.
