Four Seasons and Al Zorah Development Company— a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International—have announced that Four Seasons will assume management of a luxury beachfront resort in Al Zorah, Ajman, UAE.
Opening in 2026, Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will undergo upgrades to its accommodations, amenities, and wellness offerings before welcoming guests.
The resort will feature 23 private villas and 74 rooms and suites, each with a private terrace and sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf. Just 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport, it will offer both convenient access and serene coastal surroundings.

Guests can relax in private cabanas, enjoy an adults-only pool with sea views, and families can take advantage of a separate children’s pool and curated activities like diving, Kids For All Seasons, and eco-tours through the nearby mangrove forests.
Golf lovers will be just minutes away from the Jack Nicklaus–designed 18-hole Al Zorah Golf Course, complete with a top-tier clubhouse and access to the yacht club.

The resort’s culinary lineup will include an all-day dining venue with international cuisine and sea views, a beachfront bar and grill, and a refined Italian restaurant. Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will join a growing UAE portfolio that includes properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and upcoming locations in Ras Al Khaimah and DIFC.
